Chynna Gray currently serves as Lifecycle Lead at Harrods, having advanced from the roles of Senior CRM Executive and CRM Executive since joining in April 2023. Prior to Harrods, Chynna spent nearly eight years at Haven, where positions included Guest Experience Communications Manager, CRM Executive, and Account Executive. Chynna's career began at Long Travel Ltd as an Assistant Tour Operator. Academically, Chynna holds a Bachelor's Degree in French and Italian (Hons) from the University of Bristol, alongside a CIM Level 4 Award in Digital Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Additionally, Chynna has furthered studies at Università degli Studi di Verona and Université Bordeaux Montaigne.
