Davinia Pearl (nee Rae) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership within the food and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director for Harrods Food & Signature, Davinia leads a team of 35 in the areas of buying, supply chain, and new product development. Prior to this role, Davinia held significant positions at Amazon UK as Head of Chilled and Frozen Foods and Head of Prepared Foods, as well as at euphorium bakery as Head of Commercial. Davinia's earlier career includes various roles at Tesco PLC, culminating in positions such as Commercial Buying Manager for Household and Meat Fish and Poultry, where strategic category growth and innovation were key focuses. Additionally, Davinia contributed to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in sales and marketing for the Clinique brand. Davinia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Business Management from the University of Nottingham.
