Hope Hurst

Hope Hurst is an experienced food buyer with a strong background in retail purchasing, currently working at Harrods since October 2022. Previously, Hope held the position of Buyer at Waitrose & Partners from August 2019 to October 2022, focusing on seasonal confectionery, and also served as an Assistant Buyer for frozen meal solutions, vegetables, and plant-based products. Earlier experience includes roles as a Food Buying Assistant and Food Buying Admin at Selfridges from February 2017 to August 2019, and as a Confectionery Buying Assistant at Fortnum & Mason from September 2016 to February 2017. Hope Hurst earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of Sheffield, graduating in 2016, and completed education at St James Independent School for Girls from 2005 to 2012.
