Matt Neal (Assoc CIPD)

Matt Neal is an Associate HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist at Harrods since October 2022, bringing expertise in human resources management. Prior to this role, Matt served as a People Partner at Unilever, supporting around 400 employees and managing an HR apprentice from October 2020 to November 2022. Matt also held the position of Communications Assistant Manager at The University of Sheffield for almost a year and managed an innovative store at Majestic Wine, where a focus on customer strategy development was key from 2016 to 2019. Matt’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from the University of Liverpool.
