KJ Barratt is the Chief Talent Officer for Harrow. Ms. Barratt is an accomplished operations leader with a 20-year record of driving higher profitability through a participative-management style of leadership that incorporates Six Sigma thinking, principles, and tools to achieve sustainable changes in process design, speed, cost, and quality. Prior to joining Harrow, Ms. Barratt worked for over six years with Novatech, a nationwide business technology provider, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for all aspects of human resources, payroll and compensation, employee benefits and career mapping, recruitment and talent acquisition, employee law and policy compliance, company culture and community involvement. Prior to joining Novatech, she served in various leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Operations for Skyway Studies, Chief Resource Officer for Fort Campbell Federal Credit Union, and Manager, Learning and Development for Ingram Content Group. Ms. Barratt has a Master of Education degree in Human Resources Development from Vanderbilt University as well as a Master of Science in Leadership, Employment Law from Grand Canyon University.
