Ashley White Tremper is an experienced professional in product development and research and development, currently serving as the Head of Lab to Market at Harry's, Inc. since September 2019 and previously held the position of Senior Manager, Product Development. Prior to this role, Ashley worked at FAREVA from January 2017 to September 2019 as Director of R&D and Product Development Manager. Additionally, Ashley gained experience as a Formulation Scientist II at Ei - A Pharmaceutical SolutionWorks™ from January 2015 to January 2017. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Cosmetic Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and two degrees from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte: a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Biotechnology.
