Siobhan Conroy is a seasoned professional in product development, currently serving as the Head of New Product Development for the Harry's and Flamingo brands at Mammoth Brands since June 2021. Prior experience includes a role in product development at Harry's, Inc. since December 2017 and working as a Developmental Chemist for Estee Lauder from January 2012 to November 2017, where formulation activities were focused on Bobbi Brown and Smashbox Makeup. Early career experience includes an internship as a Forensic Scientist with Nassau County, assisting in DNA and evidence processing. Siobhan Conroy holds a Master of Science in Materials Science from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Hofstra University, where participation in the Honors College was also completed. Education also includes a high school diploma from Sacred Heart Academy.
