Willie Johnson is an experienced engineering and operations leader with a diverse background in manufacturing and supply chain management. Currently serving as VP of Engineering and Factory Operations at Harry's, Inc. since December 2021, Johnson previously held the position of VP of Engineering at ATT, LLC from November 2018 to September 2021. Prior to that, Johnson was the Senior Director of Global Engineering at Sabra Dipping Company from August 2013 to September 2018. Johnson's extensive tenure at Procter & Gamble from May 1986 to May 2013 included various roles in engineering, operations, and supply chain, showcasing expertise in supply chain sustainability, capital systems, and operations leadership. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University, completing the degree in 1986.
