Ryan Block has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ryan started their career at Accenture in 2004 as a QA Analyst, where they built test cases and scripts, automated regression plans, and managed client data. Ryan then worked as a Product Test Lead at Accenture from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they successfully simulated 400+ users for the Pennsylvania Government Accountability Board using load scripts, which led to the installation of their software statewide.
Ryan then joined Chevron as an Automated Solution Tester in 2008 before moving on to Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group in 2009, where they served as a Test Lead for various project engagements in different domains. Ryan operated within a centralized Testing Center of Excellence.
In 2013, they joined Williams as a Sr. Business Analyst/Test Lead, and during their four-year tenure, they contributed to the company's testing efforts. Finally, in 2017, Ryan joined Hart InterCivic as a Software QA Lead Engineer/Sr. Software QA Engineer. Ryan led test efforts for high-quality voting system upgrades, managed the team's task list, and conducted interviews for QA engineer/test technician openings. Ryan ensured the integrity of Hart voting systems and handled daily project reports for top-priority projects.
Ryan Block earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, where they studied for five years from 1997 to 2002.
