Ross Lanzafame

Ross Lanzafame is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law, governance, and nonprofit leadership. Serving as Principal at Leading Edge Advising & Development, LLC since October 2020, Ross focuses on enhancing governance for non-profit organizations. As Chair of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra since July 2019, Ross contributes to the arts community. At Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, Ross has been a Partner and Senior Counsel since January 1995, specializing in health care law and regulatory compliance. Ross has held various leadership roles, including interim Executive Director and President at Flower City Arts Center and multiple positions with the American Lung Association. Educational credentials include a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law, an MPS from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Biology from Cornell University.
