Will Harens

Will Harens is an accomplished mechanical engineer with extensive experience in sales and engineering roles. Currently employed as an Outside Sales Engineer and previously serving as an Inside Application Specialist at Hartfiel Automation since September 2023, Will has been a key member of the sustaining engineering team at Parker Hannifin since June 2019, focusing on product performance and customer interactions. Earlier experience includes a Design Engineer Intern position at Edge Consulting Engineers, Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Lakeville South High School, and various roles in youth coaching and childcare. Will holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from St. Olaf College.
