Benjamin Tepaße has a notable work experience in the marketing field. Benjamin started their career as a Marketing Communications Manager at Phoenix Contact in 2008 and later became a Marketing Communications Project Manager. In 2014, they joined the ebm-papst Group as the Head of Marketing & Communications, and in 2018, they were promoted to Head of International Marketing. Then in 2019, they joined HARTING as the Head of Marketing D-A-CH.
