Melanie Pöschel

Melanie Pöschel has a diverse work experience in the field of personnel and organizational development. Melanie is currently working as the Corporate Director for Personnel and Organizational Development, HR Marketing & Health Management at HARTING since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Schüco International KG from April 2013 to May 2022, first as the Head of Personnel Development and later as a Senior Expert in Personnel Development. Melanie also held the position of Head of Personnel Development at arvato services GmbH from January 2010 to June 2011 and worked as a Trainer for Training and Development at Nordsee Fischspezialitäten GmbH from November 2004 to June 2006. Melanie also served as a Personnel Development Specialist at Arvato Systems from July 2006 to December 2009.

Melanie Pöschel completed their Vordiplom in Psychology at Bielefeld University from 1998 to 2001. Melanie then pursued their Diplom Psychologin in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie at Ruhr University Bochum from 2001 to 2004. In 2008, they received further education as a Systemische Beraterin at Zentrum für systemische Forschung und Beratung Heidelberg.
