Norbert Weiß has a diverse background in various industries. Norbert started their career at Mercedes-Benz Bank AG in 2004 as an Intranet Project Manager. Norbert then worked at Bosch as a Software Engineer from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they joined Salzgitter AG as a Digital Marketing Manager until 2016. In 2009, they also became the Managing Owner of ArsVideri.de GmbH. Currently, Norbert is working as the Group Lead Marketing Services Han® at HARTING, a position they have held since 2017.
Norbert Weiß attended Leipzig University from 2014 to 2017, studying Crossmedia Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, they studied Informatics at Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences.
