Adam Turchioe

Adam Turchioe is an experienced meteorologist with a robust background in weather analysis and forecasting. Currently serving as a North American Meteorologist at Hartree Partners since May 2024, Adam previously held the role of Global Weather Analyst at Engelhart Commodities Trading Partners, where responsibilities included operational forecast support for global trading desks. Adam's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Cargill as Weather Analytics Lead and Climatologist, where Adam managed weather risks across various commodity markets and developed advanced forecasting products. Earlier roles include Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters and a series of internships at Chesapeake Energy and WGN-TV, demonstrating a steady career progression in atmospheric sciences. Adam holds a Master of Science in Atmospheric Science from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology from Northern Illinois University.
