Lisa Iliadelis

Lisa Iliadelis, ACC, is an accomplished Senior Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in the financial and energy sectors. Currently serving at Hartree Partners since August 2022, Lisa plays a pivotal role within the leadership teams for US corporate and operations functions. Prior to this position, Lisa held a similar role at Geller from 2018 to 2021, where the primary client was Bloomberg LP. Lisa’s career also includes a significant tenure as Vice President of Employee Relations at Ziff Brothers Investments from 1998 to 2018. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from St. John's University.
