Sarah R. Moros

Sarah R. Moros is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions within the energy and commodities sectors. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Hartree Partners since June 2023, Sarah collaborates with investment and trading teams on significant transactions and provides comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction process. Sarah has also held prominent roles such as Assistant General Counsel at Soros Fund Management LLC and Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. In addition to corporate positions, Sarah is actively involved in public service as Vice Chair and Pro Bono Counsel for the Natural Areas Conservancy. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in Latin American Studies from Yale University.
