Principal Learning Partner at Harvard Business Publishing

Craig Dickerson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Craig began their career in 1992 as a Registered Representative at Fortus Investors. Craig then worked as a Property Controller at Harborage International from 1993 to 1995. Subsequently, they served as the General Manager at Zipperian Law Corporation from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they were the Accounts Payable Manager at The McClatchy Company from 1998 to 2000.

From 1999 to 2006, Craig worked as the Director of Operations and HR at Action House Academy, Spotlight Ministries, Inc, where they managed general operations, HR, IT, and finance. Craig also oversaw curriculum development for vocational training and leadership programs.

In 2005, Craig became self-employed as an IT consultant specializing in networking, custom computer systems, and media production workflow. In 2006, they joined the Los Angeles Unified School District as the Payroll Service Center Manager, where they managed multiple payroll service centers and a help desk phone center.

From 2008 to 2014, Craig worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager, primarily focusing on learning, leadership, organizational development, and change management. Craig led teams and projects to support clients undergoing large-scale business and workforce transformations.

In 2014, Craig joined Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning as an Engagement Manager, responsible for client relationships, project management, and team development. Craig later advanced to the role of Senior Manager, LATAM Delivery Lead, Corporate Learning, where they worked with Fortune 500 clients to design and implement management and leadership development programs across Latin America. In 2020, they assumed the position of Principal Learning Partner at the same company.

Additionally, Craig founded Dickerson Coaching in 2020, where they provide leadership and life coaching services. Craig helps individuals overcome obstacles, define clear visions for their lives, and create new possibilities.

Craig Dickerson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, which they completed between 1987 and 1991. Craig is currently pursuing their Master of Education (MEd) in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change from Colorado State University, with an expected completion date in 2023. Additionally, Craig has obtained several certifications, including "Masters of Education - Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change" from Colorado State University and certifications in various subjects from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning and the Association for Talent Development.
