Phil Sasonoff has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Phil initially worked as an Import/Export Control Intern at Raytheon IDS Import/Export in 2006. Phil then joined Best Buy as a Customer Assistant and later became a Magnolia Home Theater Certified Pro Level 1. Phil continued their career at Best Buy Co., Inc. as a Loss Prevention Elite Lead and later as a Magnolia Home Theater Certified Pro. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Magnolia Home Theater Lead, managing 14 associates and achieving notable sales results. In 2011, Phil joined Harvard Business Publishing as a Customer Service Consultant and gradually took on more responsibilities, such as being a Program Coordinator and Senior Delivery Specialist. In January 2020, their job title was changed to Learning Technology Specialist. Currently, Phil holds the role of Team Lead, Learning Technology at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, starting from October 2021. Throughout their career, they have showcased skills in training, customer service, sales, and managing teams.
Phil Sasonoff attended Clark University from 2003 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Government and International Relations.
