Wendy Miller-Kelly earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Arizona State University from 1984 to 1989. In 1987, they studied French Language and Culture at the College International de Cannes. In terms of additional certifications, Wendy became a CXPA Professional Member through the Customer Experience Professionals Association in September 2023. Wendy also obtained a certification in Managing Happiness from edX in 2022. Wendy is currently pursuing the Women Leaders: Advancing Together program from Harvard Division of Continuing Education.
