Colton Cariaga is an accomplished rugby coach and educator with extensive experience in various roles within the sport. Currently serving as the Head Coach for Men's Rugby at Life University since August 2014, Cariaga has led teams to multiple national championships and has developed numerous collegiate and academic All-Americans. In addition to responsibilities at Life University, Cariaga is the Head Coach for the Under 23 7s National Team and serves as an Assistant Coach for the U20s 15s National Team with USA Rugby. Previous positions include Director of High Performance for Atlanta Rugby 7s and Youth Development Officer for USA Rugby, where significant contributions were made to youth engagement and program development. Cariaga holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Coaching Psychology from Life University.
