Deb Carroll

Deb Carroll has over two decades of experience in career services and education, currently serving as Interim Director and previously as Director of Employer Engagement & Operations at Harvard University's Mignone Center for Career Success since February 2002. Prior roles at Harvard include Director of the On-Campus Interview Program and Assistant Director for On-Campus Recruiting. Earlier experience includes a position as Writing Center Instructor and Substitute Teacher at Newton North High School, and as a Programmer Analyst at American Management Systems. Deb Carroll earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning & Development from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
