Viney Sawhney

Viney Sawhney is an accomplished finance professor at Harvard University since January 2009, specializing in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Project Finance, and Investment Banking, and has received multiple accolades as a Distinguished Professor. In addition, Viney serves as President of Boston National Capital Partners, a firm focused on investment banking and strategic advisory services for early-stage and middle-market companies primarily in the energy, industrial, consumer, healthcare, and technology sectors. Previous leadership roles include President of Transcontinental Energy Company, where expertise in project finance was leveraged for major projects in emerging markets, and Assistant General Manager at the National Bank of Bahrain, focusing on strategic planning and investment banking. Viney also served as an advisor for the Development Bank in Bahrain and held senior positions at Kuwait Asia Bank, Worldlink Finance Limited, and Citibank, contributing to various corporate and investment banking activities. Education includes a Master’s in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
