Bryce Stepien has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different industries. From 2017, they worked at Harvest Small Business Finance, starting as a Credit Analyst and progressing to roles such as Underwriter, AVP Underwriter, and currently serves as the Vice President of Credit. In this position, Bryce is responsible for underwriting SBA 7(a), SBA 504, and Conventional loan requests, adhering to policies and procedures, and assessing the credit worthiness of applicants.
Prior to this, Bryce had an internship at ATTOM Data Solutions in 2016. Bryce also worked at Surf & Sand Resort from 2013 to 2016 as a Food and Beverage Outlets Supervisor, overseeing employee management, inventory control, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Bryce Stepien earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC is a commercial real estate finance lender based in Laguna Hills, CA. Through a strategic partnership between Medalist Partners, LP ("Medalist") and Harvest’s Senior Management Team, the company acquired a Small Business Lending Company license that allows it to originate and service loans pursuant to the Small Business Administration’s 7(a) loan program. Through an affiliate, we are also in the process of developing a proprietary Small Balance Commercial Loan product along with unprecedented access to the secondary markets which will further our objective of becoming the country’s premier non-bank commercial real estate lender to small business.
