Jason Raefski has over 30 years of work experience in the financial industry. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Harvest since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the EVP Chief Strategy Officer at Nano Banc from December 2018 to August 2022. Before joining Nano Banc, Jason held the position of Executive Vice President/Treasurer at Opus Bank from May 2013 to November 2018. Jason has also served on the Board of Directors for organizations such as the California Council on Economic Education and the American Red Cross Orange County Chapter. Additionally, Jason has held various roles at Sunwest Bank, Sunwest Bank Charitable Foundation, Inc, Commercial Capital Bank, and Sandler O'Neill, demonstrating their diverse experience and expertise in the financial sector.
Jason Raefski attended Bentley University from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Finance and Economics.

Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC is a commercial real estate finance lender based in Laguna Hills, CA. Through a strategic partnership between Medalist Partners, LP ("Medalist") and Harvest’s Senior Management Team, the company acquired a Small Business Lending Company license that allows it to originate and service loans pursuant to the Small Business Administration’s 7(a) loan program. Through an affiliate, we are also in the process of developing a proprietary Small Balance Commercial Loan product along with unprecedented access to the secondary markets which will further our objective of becoming the country’s premier non-bank commercial real estate lender to small business.
