Harvest
Ryan Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ryan began their career as an Usher at the Festival of Arts/Pageant of the Masters in 2009, where they worked until 2011. In 2015, they interned at Merrill Lynch. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Case Designer at Tax & Financial Group. Ryan then joined RPAG in 2018 as an Advisor Service Associate before moving to Harvest in 2019. At Harvest, they started as a Capital Markets Analyst and was later promoted to Assistant Vice President/Capital Markets. Their most recent position at Harvest began in December 2021.
Ryan Jones completed their education with the following chronological history:
- From 2008 to 2012, they attended Laguna Beach High School.
- Starting in 2012 and ending in 2016, Ryan pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the University of Oregon.
- During the same period, from 2012 to 2016, they also obtained a minor in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, from the University of Oregon.
- In terms of additional certifications, Ryan acquired the certificate in "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials" from Coursera in June 2022.
- Ryan also completed the course "Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate I" from Coursera in August 2021.
- Furthermore, Ryan attained a certificate in Project Management from Coursera in September 2017.

Through a strategic partnership between Medalist Partners, LP ("Medalist") and Harvest’s Senior Management Team, the company acquired a Small Business Lending Company license that allows it to originate and service loans pursuant to the Small Business Administration’s 7(a) loan program.
