Young Kim has a strong background in the banking industry, with roles at multiple institutions. Young started their career at Uniti Bank in 2015 as an SBA Loan Officer/Underwriter. Young then moved to Pacific City Bank in 2016, where they held the same role until 2019. In 2019, they joined HomeStreet Bank as an SBA Underwriter. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Harvest as the VP, Internal Audit & Compliance Manager.
Young Kim attended California State University, Fullerton from 2012 to 2015. Young graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance.

Harvest Small Business Finance, LLC is a commercial real estate finance lender based in Laguna Hills, CA. Through a strategic partnership between Medalist Partners, LP ("Medalist") and Harvest’s Senior Management Team, the company acquired a Small Business Lending Company license that allows it to originate and service loans pursuant to the Small Business Administration’s 7(a) loan program. Through an affiliate, we are also in the process of developing a proprietary Small Balance Commercial Loan product along with unprecedented access to the secondary markets which will further our objective of becoming the country’s premier non-bank commercial real estate lender to small business. It is our mission is to help our customers achieve financial freedom while bringing employment opportunities to their surrounding communities.
