Frances Wang

Frances Wang is currently serving as Lead Commercial and Product Counsel at Harvey since March 2024. Prior to this role, Frances was Senior Counsel at Niantic, Inc. from January 2021 to March 2024 and practiced as a Corporate/M&A Associate at Linklaters from September 2017 to January 2021. Frances began legal experience as a Summer Associate at Linklaters in 2016 and as a Research Assistant at Cornell University in 2015. Additional early career roles include a Judicial Intern for the Honorable John M. Leventhal at the New York Supreme Court's Appellate Division and a Legal Administrative Assistant at Elizabeth Arden. Frances holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Legal Studies from the University of Rochester, where Frances also participated as a Take Five Scholar.
