Hannah Friedman

Hannah Friedman is currently a Math PhD student at the University of California, Berkeley, and has been a Mathematics Tutor at Harvey Mudd College since August 2020, where assistance is provided in various mathematical subjects. As a Giovanni Borrelli Mathematics Fellow, Hannah is engaged in high-quality research, contributing to projects such as investigating relationships between trace ideals in commutative rings and developing algorithms for symbolic execution in linear algebra. Past experience includes roles as a Grader for multiple mathematics courses and an Instructor for adventure sport camps, where programming and team-building skills were emphasized. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Harvey Mudd College and a high school diploma from The College Preparatory School.
