Joe Betser

Joe Betser is an experienced financial and operational leader, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Kicius Corporation since 2012, overseeing investment and management strategies across various asset classes. Additionally, Joe has held the position of elected Chair of the Engineering Visitors Committee at Harvey Mudd College since 2008, providing strategic guidance on curriculum and development. As a co-founder of Betser Management since 1988, Joe has established a successful commercial real estate and investment management company. Joe's previous roles at The Aerospace Corporation include Systems Director for Innovation Science and Technology and Senior Business Development Leader, where leadership in key national space programs was demonstrated. With an extensive educational background, including an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA, Joe combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
