Kash Gokli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Since August 2012, Kash has served as a Professor of Manufacturing Practice, Director of the Engineering Clinic, and Director of the Riggs Fellowship in Engineering Management at Harvey Mudd College. As the Principal of Lean Transformation Consulting since December 2011, Kash has founded a firm focused on enhancing business profitability through Lean Manufacturing, the Toyota Production System, and Total Quality Management. Prior to consulting, Kash held various leadership roles at Amano USA Holdings, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Total Quality Management and Best Practices, where significant improvements in profitability, quality, and efficiency were achieved. A strong educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat University.
