Rachel Guida

Rachel Guida has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Fulfillment and SIOP Operations at Harvey Performance Company, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Novolex, where they held roles in Operational Excellence and as the Manager of Inventory Control from 2020 to 2022. Before joining Novolex, Rachel worked at A.W. Chesterton Company, where they held several roles, including Project Manager, Manager of Supply Chain, and Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Specialist from 2011 to 2019. Their early work experience includes a role as a System Process Manager at TeleGlass National from 2004 to 2011. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated strengths in areas such as process optimization, supply chain management, continuous improvement, and logistics.
