Dean Carley

Dean Carley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and product development, primarily at Hasbro since 1985, where Dean currently serves as Head of Global Design and SVP for Design and Creative of Action Brands, including Star Wars, Marvel, and Transformers. Dean has held various leadership roles, overseeing product design, marketing, engineering, and brand development across numerous lines such as Nerf, Playskool, and My Little Pony. Dean's background also includes founding Inventhropy, where Dean provided consultancy services focused on brand expansion strategies. Dean holds a BS in Industrial Design from the University of Bridgeport and has furthered their education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
