Taciana Fazzolari

Taciana Fazzolari is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as the Senior Director, Regional Legal (General Counsel) & Government Affairs for Brazil and Latin America at Hasbro since December 2015. In this role, Taciana leads corporate legal initiatives, advises senior management on business strategies, and oversees complex transactions and compliance matters. Prior to Hasbro, Taciana held significant positions at Nestlé, including Senior Legal Manager focusing on various legal domains and regulatory affairs. Previous experience also includes serving as Head of Legal at Grupo Arcor and as Counselor for the CONAR, Brazil's Council of Advertising Self-Regulation. Taciana holds a JD from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and has further education from institutions such as King's College London and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
