Theron Grim

Theron Grim is the Vice President of Global EHS, Sustainability, and Corporate Citizenship at Hasbro, a position held since September 2020, where leadership involves the strategic direction and execution of global environmental, health and safety, and sustainability programs, along with corporate giving strategies. Prior experiences include roles at Cree, Enviva, Umicore, and Jacobs, with significant contributions to environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. Theron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Maryland.
