Ion Ermurachi

Ion Ermurachi is an experienced engineering support specialist currently employed at HashiCorp since August 2021. Previously, Ion held various technical support roles at Palo Alto Networks from June 2015 to August 2021, where responsibilities included customer support, proof of concept engagement, and collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams. Ion also served as a technical support engineer at Cisco between August 2013 and May 2015, focusing on escalated security cases and product improvement. Prior experience includes roles at AT&T managing Checkpoint firewalls and Cisco devices in large-scale data centers, and at Call Point ensuring system functionality and network connections. Ion earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in sensors from the Politechnical University of Bucharest, graduating in 2009.
