Steffen Wagner

Steffen Wagner is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as Field CTO for EMEA at HashiCorp since April 2025, where responsibilities include strategic product insights and high-level customer engagement. As co-founder of CuByte IT Solutions & Consulting since January 2015, Steffen has managed automated systems within a data center in Frankfurt, utilizing various technologies to optimize infrastructure. Prior experience encompasses roles at Lufthansa Systems from December 2018 to April 2025, including Head of Core Technology and Chief Product Owner, focusing on the development of the Global Aviation Cloud for over 350 customers. Steffen's earlier career includes positions at SAP from July 2013 to November 2018, where work involved automated security testing and cloud development. Steffen holds a Bachelor of Science in Enterprise Computing from Technische Hochschule Mannheim and completed Abitur at Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium.
