Tierra Gentle

Tierra Gentle is a dedicated professional in the field of Human Resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Technical Recruiter & Sourcer at HashiCorp since February 2024. In this role, Tierra focuses on full-cycle recruiting for the R&D organization, specializing in Product Management, Engineering, and Infrastructure roles in the AMER region. Prior to this, Tierra held positions at HashiCorp as a People Operations Coordinator and a Benefits, People Team Generalist, where responsibilities included employee support and wellness initiatives. Earlier experiences include serving as a NextGen Fellow at GGV Capital, a Human Resources Intern at STMicroelectronics, and a Program Coach at Read Better Be Better. Tierra is scheduled to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Human Resources from Arizona State University in December 2023.
