Darwin Ponnusamy

Darwin Ponnusamy is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in portfolio management and structured investments. Currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management at HASI since January 2019, Darwin previously held several key positions at TerraForm Power, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Manager of Structured Finance and Capital Markets. Prior experience includes investment banking roles at Bank of America, as well as engineering and finance positions at Weatherford and Compass Energy. Darwin holds an MBA with a Certificate of Academic Excellence in Finance from Duke University and a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
