Hastings College
A Hastings College graduate, Dr. Bruce Gulliver ’70 is founder, president, and chief investment officer of Jefferson Research and Management in Portland, Ore., an independent investment research and advisory firm providing investment research to institutional investors and investment management services to individuals and organizations. Past president of the U.S. Institute of Energy Economics, he is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and the Portland Society of Financial Analysts. He earned his MBE and PhD in business economics at Claremont Graduate School.
Dr. Gulliver was elected to the Hastings College Board of Trustees in 1997. He chairs the Investment Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.
