She earned her MBA from the University of Nebraska-Kearney and is a Certified Management Accountant, Certified Government Financial Manager, and Personal Financial Specialist.
Marcy serves as Treasurer for the Grand Island Community Foundation, as Secretary for the Nebraska Board of Public Accountancy, and is a board member of the St. Francis Healthcare Foundation. Her husband, David Luth, is an accounting consultant for Cindy Gottsch Family, LLC. Marcy was elected to the Hastings College Board of Trustees in 2017.
