Hastings College
Richard A. Loutzenheiser currently serves as President of Phoenix Casting and Machining, Inc., a Juniata, Neb.-based producer of aluminum and brass components predominantly for agricultural and industrial engine makers and distributers. Additionally, he is Managing Member for Phoenix Holdings, LLC, with primary responsibility for overseeing Loutzenheiser Family businesses, organizations and trusts in manufacturing, service, leasing and real estate in the United States and Mexico.
A 1984 graduate of Hastings College where he earned a B.A. in History and Political Science, Loutzenheiser earned his Master of Arts in Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London.
An active member of the First United Methodist Church in Hastings, he also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the College of Saint Joseph in Rutland, Vt. Loutzenheiser’s spouse, Dr. Lorraine Edwards, is a neurologist in Hastings.

Hastings College
Founded in 1882, this private, four-year residential college is dedicated to high academic achievement, intellectual discovery and deliberate mentoring.
