Rami Kowatli has a wealth of experience in the commercial and strategic management field. Rami started their career in 2010 at Vodafone UK, where they held various roles such as Deputy Branch Manager, Commercial Specialist, Senior Commercial Analyst, and Commercial Manager. In 2015, they joined Virgin Media as a GTM Commercial & Strategy Lead and later became a Senior Commercial Manager, responsible for the commercial management of Virgin Media's mobile base. In 2017, Rami joined Hastings Direct as the Head of Retention & In-Life for Home Insurance, where they led the development and execution of the retention strategy. Rami later became the Head of Telematics, overseeing the telematics business and vehicle technology strategy. In their most recent role as the Commercial Director - Telematics, Rami has full P&L responsibility for Hastings Telematics business and focuses on product strategy, pricing, digital, marketing, and operations.
