Junguang Pan

Junguang (Peter) Pan is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as the Founding and Managing Partner at Hat-Trick Capital since November 2021, where the focus is on aiding startups in achieving product market fit and scaling. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Amazon from August 2016 to November 2021, where Junguang held various senior financial analyst roles across corporate development, AWS startup business development, and Amazon Music. Earlier positions include financial analyst roles at PwC, financial planning and analysis intern at Disney Interactive, and financial analyst intern at Amazon, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic insight.
