Simon Rowberry

Simon is a Chartered Town Planner with nearly 40 years’ public and private sector experience. As a professional interim manager for almost 20 years, he has acted as Head of Planning or Director at 12 authorities across England. He has also been interim planning policy, development management and building control manager at a number of Councils during this period and therefore has detailed knowledge of each of these functions.

Simon also specialises in change management and service improvement and has undertaken specific enhancement projects for several public sector bodies.
