Kathleen Ruslim

Kathleen Yeni Ruslim is a highly experienced executive in financial and commercial operations, currently serving as Managing Partner and Head of Commercial and Operations at Havas Media Group since 2021. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer at Matterkind, overseeing comprehensive financial and commercial functions for a global marketing unit. Kathleen's extensive expertise includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for multiple divisions within IPG Mediabrands, where significant contributions were made to financial restructuring and business planning across various specialty media agencies. Earlier roles include Global Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Orion Worldwide and Vice President Finance Director at Initiative.
