Joy Manda

Child Advocate at Haven of Rest Ministries

Joy Manda possesses extensive experience in diverse roles within education, retail, and social services. Since July 2022, Joy has served as a Child Advocate at Haven of Rest Ministries, contributing to an emergency homeless shelter that serves various demographics. Previously, Joy held positions at Dollar General as a Retail Sales Associate, and at Haven of Rest Ministries as a Night Shift Supervisor. Prior experience includes substitute teaching at Bell Shoals Baptist Academy and working in sales and management at I.Q. Toyz & Games. Joy's career began as an Elementary School Teacher at Faith International Academy in the Philippines, and earlier involvement in the family business, Manda, Inc., provided a foundation in sales and management. Joy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Grace College & Seminary and completed high school with a college preparatory focus at The Andrews School.
