Erin Bray is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the West Coast Human Resources Business Partner at Haven Residential since February 2022, Erin previously held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at Azul Hospitality Group from October 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that role, Erin was the Complex Director of Human Resources at Sheraton / Westin Resorts and Spa from November 2007 to September 2019, as well as the Director of Human Resources at Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa from November 2007 to August 2018. Erin began a career in human resources at Terra Vista Management from 2000 to 2007, where Erin served as the Director of Human Resources. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Diego State University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
