Jim Curtis serves as the Executive Vice President of Construction and Facilities at Haven Residential since June 2023. Previously, Jim held multiple roles at Hunt Companies, Inc, including Vice President of Facilities and National Director of Maintenance, Safety, and Facilities, where responsibilities included developing standardized processes for a national portfolio of military and conventional communities and performing site assessments for budgeting. Jim's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Maintenance for Atlantic Marine Corps Communities, overseeing maintenance for over 6,500 privatized military homes, and as Facilities Chief for the United States Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune, managing all aspects of building and grounds maintenance.
