Mindy Carter is an experienced accounting professional with a diverse background in financial management and process improvement. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager for Shared Services at Haven Residential since October 2021, Mindy specializes in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for accounts payable and collaborating on process enhancements. Prior roles include Corporate Accountant, Property Accountant, Staff Accountant, and Accounting Specialist across several companies, including Schulte Hospitality, Ventas Inc, Constellation Energy, and Mercer, Inc. Mindy's extensive expertise encompasses balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and vendor compliance. Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sullivan University.
